The Social Justice Ministry serves as the community services arm of Saint John the Baptist Church. The Social Justice Ministry may work with Catholic Community Services for the Gift of the Drummer Program at Christmas, sponsor an Easter charity drive, and other service projects. Saint John the Baptist parish volunteers deliver complete meals during the lunch hour, Monday through Friday, to several senior citizens in the Draper area. The program is run by Salt Lake County Aging Services, who provide administration of the program and prepare and package the meals.
