This week we handed out "My Guide to Reconciliation" booklets. You will want to pick one up in the Faith Formation office for your student or get one from your small group leader the next time you attend a Sunday Sanctuary lesson.
Work with your student to learn an Act of Contrition in the booklet. When they memorize any of them other than the first one, they can recite it to the Director of Faith Formation, the Faith Formation Assistant, or their small group leader to receive a prize.
Please sit with your student and follow the steps below to complete the Sunday Sanctuary make-up lesson:
Step #1: If you didn't attend Mass over the weekend, watch Mass (video below).
Write in your Mass journal about something you learned, something that caught your attention, a question you have, etc.
Step #2: Watch the Sunday Sanctuary Lesson (video below).
Step #3: Talk to your student about Reconciliation. Do they have any questions? If you can't answer them all, you can share with us in the lesson questions below.
